Projects

近五年協助產業發展績效:技術移轉、著作授權、產學合作、協助產業發展、實作研究上之成果與貢獻、產業規範/標準之建立。

  1. 擔任112年由清華大學資訊工程系陳宜欣教授主持的國科會智慧醫療產業聯盟計畫 -「失能者的智慧復能連續性照護」, 擔任子計畫二「PAC 醫療照護系統設計」子計畫主持人,與國內10家醫療儀器技術開發廠商共同執行。

  2. 主持111學年度教學資源製作與教學精進補助專案-元宇宙之「未來醫院」,以結合MR技術的急救場域的超音波,可應用於未來醫療儀器設計方案。 

  3. 主持110年與國家高速網路與計算中心、豐揚科技股份有限公司合作的”資安、智慧科技及相關技術研發”計畫,負責以「智慧照護科技研發中心」與國網之合作,協助建置資料分散式服務DDS於居家健康照護整合系統,並於2021/11/24台南沙崙的科技部資安暨智慧科技研發大樓展示,已有滙嘉健康生活科技智慧墊、英華達全家寶、創心醫電電子聽診器與心電圖等產品進行DDS技術整合中。今年則以急性後期病人為對象之系統,協助醫院與醫療儀器產品之DDS系統建置。

  4. 主持110/08/01 ~ 111/07/31“腦中風鼻胃管留置病人吞嚥功能之智慧評估與照護系統建置”。

  5. 主持110/1-110/12產學計畫“社區老年人之下肢肌力改善與智慧評估系統建置”,協助「台灣醫智公司」建置對話式“社區老年人之下肢肌力遠距照護系統”,以提供適合COVID-19疫情之下的居家肌力訓練照護評估系統”,初步成果發表於2021健康管理研討會,獲得海報發表論文第三名。

  6. 主持105/8~109/1  擔任由清大資工蘇豐文教授主持的科技部"以深度機器學習輔助個人化音樂健康照護"子計畫三主持人。針對帕金斯症的AI技術於音樂治療研究。

  7. 主持102/09~104/08 國科會"高信度銀髮族醫療控管平台之普適型下肢活動感測生理回饋系統“,擔任主持人。

  8. 蘇郁惠、陳令儀、李億萱、蘇美如、顏瑞瑩、蔡沂珊(2022年10月)。掌管音樂與醫療科技的神-從阿波羅回望台灣音樂人才培力新方向。十三引路人──UFO計畫個案實錄 (上冊)(ISBN:9786267147108)(26-59)。台北:國立政治大學。教育部:資科司人文社會與科技前瞻人才培育計畫成果。

  9. 主持人於2018/12~2020/11擔任台灣遠距照護服務產業協會(TIAT)秘書長,協助國內遠距醫療產業的合作與產業推展,於2020年11月27-28日協助協會主辦2020亞洲遠距醫療研討會。

  10. 主持人於2020/12~至今擔任台灣遠距照護服務產業協會監事,並負責遠距醫療健康技術應用小組招集人,以推動產業界遠距醫療健康技術之跨域合作。

  11. 主持人於2020年11月27-28日亞洲遠距醫療研討會擔任Program Chair。

  12. 主持人於2020/5/1-2020/12/31 執行由雲匯愛股份有限公司委託之產學計畫”智慧薄墊結合雲端專家系統應用於高齡者睡眠品質分析”。

  13. 近五年智慧輔具復健系統與遠距健康照護系統開發,主要與創健國際進行智慧背架議題、與鴻讚科技進行智慧跌倒評估議題之”智慧平衡評估技術”已產生技術授權。

In the past five years, my contributions to industry development include achievements in technology transfer, copyright licensing, industry-academic collaborations, assistance in industry development, practical research outcomes, and contributions to the establishment of industry standards/norms.

  1. In 2023, I assisted in the execution of the National Science Council's Smart Healthcare Industry Alliance project titled "Intelligent Rehabilitation for the Continuous Care of the Disabled." I served as the principal investigator for Subproject 2, "PAC Medical Care System Design," collaborating with 10 domestic medical instrument technology development companies.

  2. In the 2022 academic year, I led the creation of teaching resources and improvement of teaching quality under the project "Future Hospital in the Metaverse" at National Tsing Hua University. This project focused on combining MR technology with ultrasound in emergency scenarios for future medical equipment design.

  3. In the 2021, I collaborated with the National Center for High-performance Computing and Fengyang Technology Co., Ltd. on the project "Cybersecurity, Smart Technology, and Related Technology Research and Development." My responsibility was to assist in establishing a data-distributed service (DDS) in the integrated home health care system.

  4. From 2016/8 to 2020/1, I participated as the principal investigator in the Ministry of Science and Technology's subproject titled "Using Deep Machine Learning to Assist Personalized Music Health Care." This project focused on AI technology for music therapy in Parkinson's disease.

  5. From 2013/09 to 2015/08, I led the National Science Council project "High-Reliability Silver Healthcare Management Platform with Adaptive Lower Limb Activity Sensing Physiological Feedback System," serving as the principal investigator.

  6. Co-authored a book chapter titled "Mastering Music and Medical Technology: Looking Back from Apollo to Taiwan's Music Talent Cultivation in the UFO Project" in October 2022.

  7. From 2018/12 to 2020/11, I served as the Secretary-General of the Taiwan Telehealth Service Industry Association (TIAT), assisting in industry cooperation and promotion.

  8. From 2020/12 to the present, I have served as a Director of TIAT and convened the Remote Medical Health Technology Application Task Force, promoting cross-disciplinary collaboration in the industry.

  9. In November 2020, I served as the Program Chair for the Asia Telemedicine Symposium.

  10. From 2020/5/1 to 2020/12/31, I executed an industry-academic project commissioned by Yunhui Love Co., Ltd., titled "Application of Smart Mattress Combined with Cloud Expert System in Sleep Quality Analysis for the Elderly."

  11. In the last five years, I have been involved in the development of smart assistive rehabilitation systems and remote health care systems, collaborating mainly with Creation Health International on the smart back brace and with Hongzan Technology on the smart fall assessment, resulting in technology licensing for "Smart Balance Assessment Technology."
